The Cebu Provincial government will recognize component local government units (LGU) for their performance in the areas of the key development agenda of the province under the Our Cebu Program.
Rodel Bontuyan, the provincial Planning and Development Office, said this year’s Our Cebu Program has adopted a new scheme of awards wherein they classify the LGU’s award based on their performance rating for every key development agenda rather than ranking them and choosing the top 3.
Our Cebu Program will also recognize LGUs that excelled in the Investment and Promotions, environment protection, disaster management; the most “child-friendly”, best in heritage work, and most livable.
