Arrested drug peddler claims his ‘boss’ is a Cebu City Jail prisoner
CEBU CITY — Police tonight arrested an alleged drug peddler who claimed that his boss is an inmate of the Cebu City Jail.
Chief Inspector Kith Alen Andaya, precinct commander of the Punta Princesa Police Station, said the arrested at past 6 p.m. today a Dwight Gocela, 28, during a buy bust operation in Sitio Tuburan, Barangay Punta Princesa, Cebu City.
Andaya said they recovered several packets of suspected shabu valued at P340,000 from Gocela, who was a resident of Barangay Pasil, also in Cebu City.
It was during questioning that Gocela revealed that his “agawon” (boss) was a male prisoner at the CCJ who went by the nickaname “Baye,” revealed Andaya.
Andaya said that a 16-year-old boy, who was caught in the company of Gocela, will be turned over to the city social welfare office.
