Christmas is indeed the season of giving. In lieu of their first Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony last November 19 – Seda Ayala Center Cebu announced that this year they are partnering with Smile Train Philippines, an international charity focused on providing FREE cleft surgery and care for those in need. Smile Train advances a sustainable solution and a scalable global health model for cleft treatment.
Kimmy Coseteng-Flaviano, Area Director of Smile Train Southeast Asia, shared about how children around the world are living with untreated clefts. Most have difficulties eating, breathing, hearing, and speaking. Smile Train has supported more than one million cleft surgeries since 1999. Every 5 minutes, a child receives their life-changing cleft repair surgery.
The whole Seda family aids in giving every child the chance to smile. Seda Ayala Center Cebu invites everyone to give a smile this holiday by purchasing Christmas ornaments and cards that may change a child’s life forever. Christmas ornaments and Holiday cards are available for Php 100 – Php 500 only. All donations for this cause are for the benefit of the Smile Train recipients.
