The country’s leading real estate developer, Megaworld, has topped off its second office building, Two World Center, in the 28.8-hectare The Mactan Newtown in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. The PEZA-accredited Two World Center is a six-storey office tower that covers more than 7,000 square meters of office spaces with a capacity of around 2,500 employees. The tower is expected to be operational by June this year.
