Cebu provincial board member Arleigh Sitoy wants the PB to invite National Bureau of Investigation Regional Director Antonio Pagatpat to update the local body on the progress of their investigation into the killing of noted lawyer Noel Archival. Archival and two of his aides were killed in an ambush last month.
In a separate resolution, Sitoy also proposed that the PB express its condolences to Archival’s family.
