IN PHOTOS: The Buhisan dam in Cebu City is drying up

Cebu City, Philippines  – The Metro Cebu Water District (MCWD) recently announced that the Buhisan dam in Cebu City is almost dried up.

Charmaine Kara, spokesperson MCWD, said that as of Monday, March 26, 2019, they were already unable to extract water from the dam, which supplies at least six percent of their daily water production.
