Part of Osmeña Boulevard to be closed for NYD

Cebu City—The Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO) announced on its Facebook page that a portion of Osmeña Boulevard will be closed for the opening procession of the National Youth Day on Tuesday, April 23, 2019. 

Motorists are advised to take alternate routes as the road starting from R. Landon Street to P. Del Rosario Street will be closed from 2:00 p.m. until the end of the procession. 

Cebu is hosting the NYD 2019 from April 23 to April 28. 

According to the Facebook post, enforcers will be deployed in the area to help motorists. /bmjo
