Mahogany Grove, in Mandaue City, Briza and Molave Highlands in Consolacion followed.

In 2005, Aboitizland launched Pristina North, the first integrated community. Then it was followed by 15-hectare development in Talisay called Kishanta.

In 2009, iMEZ, a BPO enabled facility was opened in Pueblo Verde. In 2010, Ajoya a house and lot development was launched.
