A 39-YEAR-OLD man was shot dead shortly before midnight yesterday in barangay Calamba, Cebu City.
Police said James Williard Tacoque was shot in the temple just as he went out of a shanty where he played a bingo machine with a female companion.
SPO4 Alex Dacua, homicide investigator, said a background check on the victim will be made to determine the motive of the killing.
