POLICE arrested a Korean resident after he was caught with an unlicensed gun in barangay Busay, Cebu City Thursday afternoon.
A police SWAT team rushed to the Plaza Housing area after barangay tanods alerted the police of the presence of the gun-toting foreigner.
PO3 Neri Cahimat said the SWAT team accosted the suspect, Kim Bo Seok, 22 and disarmed him of his .38 cal. revolver.
The Korean was detained at the Mabolo Police Station.
