Former Cebu City vice mayor Osmeña dies at 74

Former Cebu City vice mayor Renato Osmeña died of cardiac arrest while recuperating from an operation at the hospital at dawn Thursday.

The 74-year old first cousin of former mayor Tomas Osmeña underwent operation following an injury he sustained during a round of golf.

He served three terms as city councilor before he became a vice mayor for two terms in Cebu City.
