Pareb-Cereb holds exhibit

THE Philippine Association of Realtors Boards (PAREB) – Cebu Realtors Board (CEREB) held another real estate exhibit last July 1-7 at SM City Cebu.

This annual exhibit brought together different developers both local and national to showcase their latest projects. Exhibitors included high-rise condominium from mid to high-end projects, as well as house and lot projects.

Pareb-Cereb officials and representatives of participating developers attended the opening ceremonies on the first day of the exhibit.

According to the chairman of the exhibit Jose Francis Cañizares this years exhibit is bigger than last year, and is expected to grow more annually. There were a total of 34 exhibitors.

The real estate industry in Cebu has seen steady growth over the past years. Aside from local buyers, tourists, and foreign investors have contributed to the growth.
