HRRAC sets Cebu Goes Culinary 2014

Spice up your culinary adventure as the Hotel, Resort and Restaurant Association of Cebu, Inc (HRRAC). brings out this year’s “Cebu Goes Culinary 2014”.

HRRAC proudly announces another year of Cebu Goes Culinary 2014 as it introduces a new category in its competition – the table setting category.

Cebu Goes Culinary 2014 is now on its 10th year and is currently the biggest and most prestigious culinary competition in the whole Visayas region and has been growing in magnitude, in terms of participation and audience.

Themed “Spice Up!”Cebu Goes Culinary 2014 features 20-culinary related competitions that will showcase the participants’ artistry, creativity and speed in cooking, cake decorating, table-setting, bartending and a whole lot more.

The categories are divided into 3; professional, culinary schools and academe/students.

Cebu Goes Culinary 2014: Spice Up will foster a light, fun and friendly competition among experienced hoteliers, professional chefs, and aspiring culinary students from universities and culinary schools from Cebu and neighboring provinces like Dumaguete, Negros, Bohol and Iloilo.

World-renowed chefs Sau del Rosario, Sandy Daza, Penk Tan and many more will grace the event and will serve as judges on the competition.They will also hold on-ground demonstration, to show off the culinary expertise they have perfected throughout the years.

The Cebu Goes Culinary 2014 will be held at the SM City Cebu’s Trade Hall and The Northwing this July 25 and 26.
