Why one should trust the process

CEBU CITY, Philippines— Trusting the process has its many perks.

Some of us may not see it immediately and that’s fine.

Trusting the process teaches us a lot of things one of which is patience.

Patient of the things that will come in your way, the things that are all worth the wait.

Say for example in yoga, once you trust the process of learning the basics, learning to take it slow, in no time you can do a headstand without breaking a sweat.

Let this be your guide in learning the best things about trusting your process:

Mind-setting— if you focus on what good the situation results in, you get to clear your mind of uncertainties and enjoy living in the moment. Set your mind to start living in the now and take each day one at a time.

Calmer— you get to breathe in and out calmly. To be calm gives you a clear mind to focus on the good things and make them work. This will help you in making better judgment and decisions.

Gratitude— is learning to trust your process, you get to see how life has been doing to you, that there are a lot of things better than your regrets. You notice the good if you don’t rush or push things to come to be.

Learning— in this whole process, you learn to see that life is not a race but is a learning process. It is time to let you grow into a more responsible person.

Controlling— this will help you to also learn to control only the things you can completely control and let go of the things that you cannot control as they can result in frustrations and anger.

Trusting the process is the greatest thing one can do for oneself. Learn to make the most of the time in this journey we are in. /dbs
