Body of a man found in Transcentral Highway canal
CEBU CITY, Philippines – The body of a still unidentified man was found in the waterway of the Transcentral Highway in Barangay Gaas, Balamban town shortly after midnight this Tuesday, June 15.
Police Major Nolan Tagsip of the Balamban Police Station said that the victim had a bullet wound on his neck.
In his report, Tagsip said they continue to investigate the killing of the man, who was wearing a black T-shirt, blue shorts and black shoes, when found.
Tagsip said they received a call from Barangay Captain William Genel to report the discovery of the body that was lying in a roadside canal in their area at around 12:30 a.m. / dcb
