THE CHAMPIONSHIP games are set for the Cebu Youth Basketball League after the traditional powerhouses took care of business in the semifinal round games last weekend at the Don Bosco gym in Labangon.
In the under-15 division, the University of the Visayas (UV)-B clobbered the Blessed John Seminary 1, 61-25, to set up a finals showdown with the Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC)-C, which dug down deep to upset the University of San Carlos (USC) South-B, 53-31.
In the under-12 class, the Colegio de la Inmaculada Concepcion-Mandaue (CIC-M) defeated Don Bosco-B, 39-32. They will be battling USC South-B in the finals after winning by default over SHS-AdC-B.
The under-10 finals will feature the USC North facing off against SHS-AdC.
The finals games will be played this weekend.
