The Convergys-2 Blue Devils and the Accenture Sharks kept their streaks going to remain on top in their respective divisions of the 10th City Sports Club-Cebu E-League for Basketball at the CSCC Gym last Sunday.
The Blue Devils stayed unbeaten in seven starts, easily dismantling the Teletech Titans, 71-53, while the Sharks pocketed their seventh consecutive victory by handily beating the Job Target Bandits, 91-54.
The Sharks leaned on the superb performances of Archie Brian Vincent Batua and Ryan Edward Llanos, who erupted 28 and 24 points, respectively. Saeed Quintao chipped in 12 as Accenture moved to the number one spot in Division 1 as it had never stated a defeat since opening the tournament with a tight 54-56 loss to Convergys-1 Wolves last June 7.
In other games, the Telstra Boomerangs listed their second win in seven outings by dumping the listless 24/7 Cagers, 91-24, while the ePeformax Reds improved to 6-1 via a one-sided 83-30 triumph over the GGS Information Services Griffins.
