CEBU CITY, Philippines— He didn’t forget us!
Nick Jr., is giving their millennial audience a treat by bringing back one familiar face that made most of our childhood special.
Steve is back! Well, not back on the show. But Steve is back on screen for the anniversary special of Nickelodeon’s popular TV show, Blue’s Clues.
Steve was the original partner of Blue who left the show a couple of years back.
In the show, Steve left for college and was replaced by his brother, Joe.
Steve shared a very special message to all the kids-then who are now grownups.
“I got on a bus and I left and we didn’t see each other for a very long time. Can we just talk about that? Great! Because I realized that was kind of abrupt, I just kinda got up and went to college and that was really challenging by the way, but great because I got to use my mind and take a step at a time and now I literally am doing the things that I wanted to do. And then look at you and look at all you have done and all that you have accomplished in all that time and it’s just so amazing, right?” Steve said.
Steve left the show in 2002 after 6 years of being the main best friend of Blue.
After 19 years, Steve warms the hearts of all his fans again by saying, “I guess I just wanted to say after all these years I never forgot you…ever.”
This really is one of our favorite trips down memory lane, isn’t it?
