LAPU-LAPU CITY, Philippines — The Lapu-Lapu City Government has already reopened its vaccination centers on Tuesday, December 28, 2021.

This was announced by Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Junard “Ahong” Chan on his Facebook Page.

Chan, however, said that as of the moment, they will only be catering to those who will be receiving their second dose of the vaccine and booster shots against the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Earlier, the city government has temporarily closed their vaccination sites due to the damage caused by typhoon Odette.

Among the vaccination sites that have reopened for the second dose of the vaccines are Hoops Dome in Barangay Gun-ob, Calawisan Gym in Barangay Calawisan, Kadulang (Mitsubishi) in Barangay Marigondon, and Liberty Shrine in Barangay Mactan.

For the booster shots, they will be administered at the Pajo gym in Barangay Pajo.

Those who are scheduled for the second dose and booster shots would only need to bring their vaccination card. /rcg
