Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) is the first Cebu Developer to receive an award from the prestigious Philippines Property Awards 2014 for its flagship office project Park Centrale which bagged the title ‘Best Commercial Development in Cebu’

After a comprehensive judging process and lengthy evaluation, Park Centrale reaped the recognition based on the following key criteria – Design and Concept, Value for Money, Sales Performance, Construction Quality, and Green Building Standards. A true testament to the holistic planning approach that Cebu Landmasters has applied to Park Centrale.
Park Centrale, being Cebu Landmasters’ first office-condo venture, has already proven that Cebu is now globally competitive. Winning the Best Commercial development award, Park Centrale qualifies for the much coveted South East Asia Property Award which will be held in Singapore.
