Arrest my husband’s killers, slain cop’s wife pleads
The Provincial Intelligence Detective and Management Branch will assist the Minglanilla police in solving the case of a policeman who was killed by three gunmen in barangay Linao, Minglanilla Cebu last Sunday.
They already have “persons of interest” who might be involved in the killing of PO3 Omar Parages who was shot in the head in front of his seven-year-old son, said Supt. Rodolfo Albotra Jr, PIDMB chief.
Arlene, wife of the slain policeman, said they are still clueless.
“I hope they could help us and arrest those behind the death of my husband. They brutally killed my husband. I really don’t know why they did this,” cried Arlene.
Parages left behind Arlene and their children Zoey and Ken, who was traumatized after the shooting.
He could not stop crying and keeps asking his mother if his father is really dead.
