A decomposing body was found inside a travel bag along the cliff in barangay Lanas, Naga City in southern Cebu yesterday afternoon.
PO2 Gilmer Noval, Naga City police investigator, said barangay tanods found the bag after a street cleaner went to the barangay hall to complain about foul odor coming from the cliff.
Barangay tanod Alexander Manapag said they opened the bag and found a body covered by a black cloth.
Noval said it was the second body found in the area.
