This milestone came only a few short months after the topping off of Tower C, its first commercial office tower at the same property, just last Nov. 26, 2022.

Zhang Shanyou, Senior Vice President of GT Equity Group; Baojiang Liu, Vice President for Construction and Engineering; Yang Fang, SAP for Projects and Business; Angela Solon, Head of External Affairs and Corporate Governance; and Celeste Duran, Head of Sales and Marketing for Visayas led the topping-off ceremony.
The contractors of the project, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co. and 21th Century Construction Development Company, together with Golden Topper’s partners and consultants, were also present to witness the ceremony.

An innovative take on the traditional CBD, City Clou was envisioned to be Cebu City’s first-ever Community Business District. With four residential towers, a commercial office tower, and a three-level commercial area, City Clou promises residents a seamless blend of community living with the experience of residing within a business district.
“Tower C is our first residential tower for turnover. It’s the tower that launched the whole story of City Clou since the start of Golden Topper here in Cebu,” said Roy Receno, Project Development Deputy Head.
Highlighting Tower C, Receno shared that it is the first tower to showcase the kind of unit deliverables provided across its unit offerings: the Studio, the One Bedroom, and the Two Bedroom. The tower also features large open spaces with a view that overlooks the amenity area, specifically the three-pool complex.

Construction is still in full swing at the City Clou project site. Following the topping off of Tower C and E, Golden Topper is focused on completing the mentioned towers to begin turning over the units by 2024.
“City Clou is at 50%, more or less, completion. The whole City Clou project will be complete towards the early part of 2026,” said Engr. Melito Cruz, the Head of Regent Construction International, Inc., the construction arm of the Golden Topper group.
