A 35-YEAR-OLD man shot and wounded his 21-year-old live-in partner while they were arguing in barangay Hipodromo, Cebu City.
Edwin Fernandez shot Cherel Datchille in the left thigh.
He brought the wounded woman to the Cebu City Medical Center then fled.
Police said jealousy was the cause of the couple’s argument, adding that the woman was reluctant to file charges.
