CHED quashes eligibility of Talisay College graduating students
About 42 graduating students of Talisay City College face an uncertain future.
The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) said the school’s Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Master of Arts in Education and Master of Arts in Education have not complied with their standards.
The CHED Central office asked TCC to stop offering these courses in 2013 but the CHED regional office said they only learned today that the school didn’t heed the call.
Just this year, TCC offered a Doctor of Education course but CHED said they were not authorized to include the course in their curriculum
