LJ Reyes is still in a state of marital bliss as she spoke about her excitement for her “new beginning” with husband Philip Evangelista, after getting married earlier this month.
Reyes took to her Instagram account on Sunday, Oct. 15 to share glimpses of her wedding in New York, where she’s gazing at Evangelista with a radiant smile.
“I think this day speaks highly of how we are as individuals and as a couple — coursing through life with love and joy. We remain in God’s presence and now He has granted us with His great promise, a gift that we will treasure even beyond this lifetime,” she said.

“It was a day full of laughter and full of love — not just between us but from our family and friends who came to celebrate with us. And, I can’t ask for more! I can’t wait for what this new beginning holds for all of us,” she wrote.
Reyes, who looked radiant in a white tulle tube wedding gown, also exchanged heartfelt moments with Evangelista during their wedding, where they held hands, kissed, and couldn’t keep their hands off each other, as seen in separate posts.

Reyes and Evangelista tied the knot at an intimate ceremony in New York in October 2023, which was witnessed by their family and close friends. Further details about their wedding have yet to be disclosed.
The New York-based actress announced her engagement last April, while introducing her husband to the public.
