A morning fire destroyed a warehouse in barangay Inayawan, Cebu City yesterday.
Cebu City Fire Marshall Rogelio Bongabong estimated the damage to property at P20,000.
Bongabong said they were looking into the possibility of a cigarette butt thrown by someone in the area to have started the fire, which spread to the stocks of animal feeds in the warehouse.
The Cebu City Fire Department received the fire alarm at 9:15 a.m. and put the fire under control at 9:25 a.m.
