A 35-YEAR-OLD man was hit by a stray bullet inside his house in barangay Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City on Monday evening.
Police said the bullet hit the right arm of Mario Rivera, who had just arrived home from a drinking session when a gunshot rang out.
The man later found himself bloodied. He was taken by his relatives to a hospital.
