Enrile’s perspective on the issue was shared by veteran broadcaster and TV anchor Korina Sanchez-Roxas through Instagram after a pre-interview lunch.
“BBM (Bongbong Marcos) responded as he did. I would have ignored,” Sanchez-Roxas quoted Enrile as saying.
The former Senate President was referring to when Marcos clapped back at Duterte, saying it must have been the effects of fentanyl when the former president accused Marcos of using illegal drugs.

Meanwhile, asked what he thought about the Marcoses being back in office, Enrile compared it to the case of Ninoy Aquino, whose wife and son became Presidents.
“Why could it not happen for BBM? Why not the next one? You live as long as I have, you see heroes become villains and then heroes and become villains again,” Enrile said.
