The mother who threw her newborn baby out of the window last Wednesday dawn may face charges.

Police said the mother, a helper, could be charged with frustrated infanticide for throwing her baby out of the window after giving birth to her inside the toilet of the house she was working in.

Though the baby sustained scratches in her face and body after she was found “holding on” to the vines by a resident, doctors found her to be healthy.  The mother was also brought to CCMC to be cared for after birth.
