CEBU CITY, Philippines–Cebuanos woke up to a gloomy and rainy morning on Wednesday, June 19, 2024.

According to Pagasa Visayas, the rainy weather is characterized by slight to moderate, and at times heavy, rain showers across areas within central to northern Cebu, Siquijor, and Leyte.

Unfortunately for the Cebuano commuters, the heavy rain within the metro caused flooding in several areas within key cities such as Cebu City and Mandaue City.
