THE Children’s Shelter of Cebu Inc. (CSC) is requesting the father of an abandoned baby girl to visit their office at 178-ID Sun Valley, V. Rama Avenue, Cebu City or call 2542944 to discuss their plans for the child.

Juliet Codilla Villarojo, 7, was admitted to the CSC for temporary care on Nov. 13, 2014 upon the recommendation of social workers from the DSWD-Home for Girls in barangay Labangon, Cebu City and social welfare officers of Dumanjug town.

She was turned over by her mother, Jocelyn Dadevalos Codilla to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in favor of legal adoption last April 23.

Her father, Zosimo Gomez Villarojo, reportedly went to Mindanao and is not aware that Juliet is up for adoption.

The CSC is requesting Villarojo to contact social worker Carmelita Baya at 2542944, otherwise the child will be subjected to administrative abandonment through the DSWD.
