The Cebu City Council wants Cebu Holdings Inc to look into the process in selecting their project contractor following the collapse of Ayala Cinema 5’s ceiling last Monday evening.
In today’s council session, Cebu City Councilor Roberto Cabarrubias, who chairs the infrastructure committee, expressed concern over the incident saying this would scare off mall goers./ Jose Santino Bunachita, Reporter
