A 25-year-old traysikad driver was shot dead in front of his live-in partner outside their home in barangay San Nicolas, Cebu City last Monday afternoon.

Ariel Zamora waited on his live-in partner when two unidentified men shot him several times in the chest. His live-in partner Ronalyn Gomez was about to board the trisikad to go to work when the incident happened.

Gomez told the police investigator that Zamora did not come home Sunday night as he was with his friends in barangay Duljo.

They only met in the afternoon and he was supposed to bring her to work. Insp. Alejandro Lopez said that Gomez died on the spot. Six bullets, four empty shells and a deformed slug from a .380 revolver were recovered from the scene.

His body was brought to St. francis Funeral Homes were he will be autopsied.
