Two armed men robbed a cell phone load payment collector in barangay Panadtaran, San Fernando in southern Cebu last Monday.
The robbers fled with the bag of Vilmar Geraldino, 32, containing P30,000 cash, which is his collection for the day.
Geraldino told police that he was heading to his motorcycle when the men armed with .45 caliber pistols and wearing bonnets held him up.
The robbers fled on a motorcycle after taking the collection money.
