Bohol policeman accused of harassing female nurse
A complaint for sexual harassment was filed against a policeman from Bohol province who was accused of touching the private parts of a female nurse in a boarding house in barangay Mabolo, Cebu City.
The policeman was charged before the Cebu City Prosecutors’ Office.
Cebu Daily News is withholding the name of the policeman pending his comment on the case.
The alleged abuse happened while the policeman was in Cebu City as one of the 3,000 additional police force who secured the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meetings, said Senior Supt. Rey Lyndon Lawas.
Lawas, spokesperson of Task Site Group in charge of the APEC security, said the Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division is investigating the incident.
