A 52-year old man from Tudela, Camotes chained himself to the Capitol flagpole past 9 a.m. today.

Ervin Oliveros, who has been driving for CTC taxi for just 10 days, took off his sandals and sat on the pole platform carrying an illustration board declaring that he was the messenger of “wisdom.”

He demanded to see Manny Pacquiao, Fidel V. Ramos, Father Villegas, and Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.

He described them as the “four pillars” that will make the nation stronger.

Fuente police responded and took him to Station 2 at around 10 am. The chain was cut by PDRRMO.
