THE Reception and Study Center for Children of the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) in barangay Labangon, Cebu City is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the parents and relatives of a foundling child.
A newborn baby boy was found by Ildefonso Cauba Jr. last Aug. 16 at 8:30 p.m. inside a multicab parked inside the grounds of the Mabolo church in barangay Mabolo, Cebu City.
Parents and relatives may see social worker Vilma Cosido at the Reception and Study Center for Children at Camomot Franza Road, Katipunan Street, Labangon or call her at 4140243.
Failure of the parents and relatives to appear or claim the child within one month will subject the child to abandonment proceedings at the DSWD Central Office.
