THE CY BOYS All-Star of Manny “Earl” Ching remained unbeaten, cruising to a second straight win with a 75-66 win over Team Aldub of Wilfredo “Junjun Sarmiento Jr. last Saturday in the 2nd Randall Cup 2015 Christmas League at the CEC Lower Court.
Gil dela Cerna was unstoppable for the CY Boys All-Star as he scattered 23.
Lindsey Leal led the losing team with a game-high 26 markers.
In the other game, Team Alce/Jetz of Anthony Alce stunned defending champion Team Lumad, 64-56.
Team Alce/Jetz pocketed its first win in two outings behind Roland Obiedo’s 24 points.
Obiedo was backed by Mark Keirulf and Raced Lim, who finished with 12 and 10 markers, respectively.
Harold Tan netted 16 points, while Carlo Salinas fired 13 markers for Team Lumad, which stayed winless after two starts.
