Sugbusog in Marco Polo

FOLLOWING the success of one of 2013’s most popular culinary journeys, Sugbusog – Street Food Classics, Cebu City’s finest is kicking off the New Year by bringing it back.

From January 10 to 20, come and feast on the second edition of this culinary journey, Sugbusog 2014: Street Food Classics Dos, at the “Best Buffet in the City” as it offers you once again the finest of Filipino Street Food presented in a 5-star setting.

Right in time for Sinulog, it is one of the hotel’s ways of letting our guests experience the rich Cebuano culture and cuisine. From Cebuano fiesta classics such as lechon de Cebu, manok inasal and kinilaw to side street staples such as tempura, squid balls, balot, boiled peanuts and kwek kwek. Of course, this also includes local dessert favorites such as biko and linusak. All these come straight from the recipe books of culinary guru Ms. Jessica Avila, specially prepared by the hotel’s team of talented chefs.

Sugbusog 2014: Street Food Classics Dos promises a unique dining experience for those who truly want to indulge in a feast that is distinctly Cebuano. Welcome the New Year with the rest of your family and friends at the Marco Polo Plaza Cebu with this exciting Culinary Journey over and above Café Marco’s famous international buffet spread.
