RECOLETOS Pilipinas (RP) trounced the Mt. Carmel/Talavera, 71-64, in the Recoletos de Cebu Basketball League at the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) main campus quadrangle on Monday.
The game was cancelled with 4:20 remaining in the final period last Saturday due to heavy downpour.
Fr. Vincente Ramon, led RP with 16 points.
Meanwhile, Mt. Carmel/Talavera earned its first win in four games after crushing Our Lady of Consolation Parish Recoletos de Laray (OLCPR-L), 86-69.
RP (4-1) also beat the Security Guards (4-1), 94-83 to earn the No. 1 seed in the semis.
In the last game, Campus Planners (2-2) spoiled Pacubas Cleaners (3-2), 110-102.
