A 15-YEAR-OLD boy was caught with packs of suspected shabu in his possession while visiting his parents, who are detained at the municipal jail of Medellin town, northern Cebu.
Police said 22 packs believed to contain shabu were recovered from the boy, whose parents are facing drug charges.
