PRO-7’s Superintendent Dugan is now Senior Superintendent

AFTER 10 years of waiting, Police Supt. Renato Dugan has finally earned the third Sampaguita flower on his shoulder loop, signifying his promotion to Senior Superintendent.
Dugan took his oath for his promotion yesterday at Camp Sergio Osmeña officiated by Chief Supt. Manuel Gaerlan, acting regional director of the Police Regional Office Central Visayas (PRO-7).
A graduate of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) in 1993, Dugan has dedicated more than 20 years to the police service.
Dugan is currently the acting chief of the Police Regional Personal and Resource Development Division 7 and the chief of the Police Regional Public Information Office 7.
A lung cancer survivor, Dugan said he calls his promotion a blessing since he didn’t expect to live long due to the cancer, which miraculously disappeared after he surrendered everything to the Lord.
