THE Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue and Cancer Center was recently inaugurated at the Mantawi International Drive, Subangdaku, Mandaue City. It was a well attended affair.
Guests of honor were His Grace the Archbishop of Cebu Jose Palma who celebrated mass and blessed the facility; Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama; and Mandaue City Mayor Demetrio Cortes.
Mayor Jonas Cortes presented the symbolic key to Mandaue City to Mr. Leo Lim Liu, president and CEO of Chong Hua Hospital; and Mr. Victoriano Go, chairman of Association Benevola de Cebu, who led the toasts and delivered the welcome remarks.
The 350-bed hospital is regarded as a one-stop center for holistic patient care, says Atty. Dean Decal, the hospital’s
administrator.
Present, too, on this occasion were Dr. Helen Po, Chong Hua Hospital’s medical diretor and COO; and in full force, the trustees of Association Benevola de Cebu.
Aside from Mr. Lim Liu, and Victoriano Go, they are Honorary Consul of Belgium Enrique Benedicto, Ambassador Francisco Benedicto, Alfred Go, Atty. Ronnie Gocuan, Johnny Chik, Petronio Militante, Antonio Chua Jan Sing, Enrico Ang de Leon, Jaime Go, Amado Go, Helen Po and Benito Gaisano who was in the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Cancer Care is the special concern of the Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue and Cancer Center. For that they have varied services which include state of the art medical equipment and technology.
