Flame It! burger run to feature longer distances
A BIGGER and better Flame It! Burger Run will fire off on May 15 at the Sugbo grounds in South Road Properties (SRP).
The run had a maiden edition last year, and this year’s race will feature longer distances by having 21-kilometer, 14k and 5k categories.
Last year’s race had 13k distance, 6k and 3k distances.
As a treat, runners will get free mini burgers at the turning point . Runners will also get the chance to win exciting prizes by joining a burger eating contest after the race.
The running event is also a fund-raising of the organizers’ charity projects in Cebu.
Registrations have already started on April 1 in all Flame It! Burger outlets. The first 200 enlistees of the 14k and 21k divisions will receive a free visor.
Registration fee for the 21k half marathon is pegged at P800 inclusive of the race shirt, bib, finishers’ medal and loot bag while the 14k registration fee is P600 and P450 for the 5k.
