Awards confirm Megaworld projects are world-class

MEGAWORLD Cebu Properties, Inc. president Noli D. Hernandez said the awards earned by 8 Newtown Boulevard in the recent Philippines Property Awards validate their commitment to develop world-class projects in Mactan.

Residential condominium cluster 8 Newtown Boulevard is located within The Mactan Newtown in Lapu-Lapu City.

The project, which consists of four towers, was recently named the Best Condo Development. It was also highly commended for the Best Landscape Architectural Design and Best Interior Design categories.

“We are very happy for this major award given to 8 Newtown Boulevard. This just shows a glimpse of the kind of exciting, world-class projects that Megaworld is bringing to The Mactan Newtown, our first and only township by the beach,” Hernandez said in a press statement.

“Truly, this is very exciting news for our clients who own units at 8 Newtown Boulevard and even to those who got theirs in our other two residential projects – the One Pacific Residence and One Manchester Place,” he added.

The awards earned by 8 Newtown Boulevard were among the 17 awards received by Megaworld, including Best Developer.

The condominium cluster will feature an amenity deck with a 61-meter infinity pool, a fitness center, Japanese-inspired gardens, courtyards, and a view of the Hilutungan Channel and Magellan Bay.

Aside from the residential component, The Mactan Newtown also features a mall, hotels and a school in line with Megaworld’s live-work-play-learn lifestyle concept.
