THE LIONS and Stallions will be going for the title in the 5th season of the Cebu Elite Basketball Club – Sinulog Cup tomorrow night at the Visayas Glass Gym in Guadalupe.
It will be the third straight time that the top-seeded Lions will be making it to the championship round of the tournament.
They ousted the Seahawks in overtime last Sunday, 93-86, to advance to the finals.
The second-ranked Stallions, meanwhile, defeated defending champions Panthers, 83-74, in the semifinals.
Josephus Rusiana spearheaded the Lions against the Seahawks with 29 points. Jhonnel Escober added 22 and Chriad Don Bacalso chipped in 19.
Loreiel Teqquin topped the Stallions with 19 against the Panthers while veteran Michael Duran contributed 13.
