The event encourages the rest of the world to capture moments with the theme, “Life on Earth” while spending the weekend celebrating nature’s beauty and wonder at Movenpick Hotel Mactan. Miss Scuba International 2013 First-runner up Paula Bernasor will be gracing the occasion for a short talk on ocean conservation.
