CHILDLINK Learning Center has once again proven its commitment to excellence when it bagged the Most Outstanding Preschool in Cebu City award for school year 2015-2016. The school has been the recipient of the said award for seven consecutive years now.
Awarded by the Business Achievement and Recognition Awards Council last February 27 at Bayfront Hotel, Childlink emerged at the top and bested other private preschools in its category in Cebu City. This award is given to private pre-schools that exhibit best education practices and community responsibility.
Childlink is committed to holistically honing its students to be responsible citizens in the future capable of responding to the needs of the community. For Childlink directress Maria Theresa Tio, it is this dedication that made them earn this recognition for seven years now. “Here in Childlink, we always impart the best practices to our pupils and teach them values that they will never learn inside the four corners of the classroom,” she said. Tio added that they expose their pupils to various activities that target the development of their academic and interpersonal skills starting from pre-school. “As early as kindergarten, we expose our pupils to values-centered activities like community services and campaign activities.”
Childlink also puts a premium on teaching their pupils to become global partners in the future sensitive to other cultures by teaching them other languages like English and Chinese.
Other awards that Childlink had received over the years are Gawad Parangal sa Pilipinong Maagap, School Administrator of the Year, Alumni of Excellene Award, and Global Management Excellence Award.
This summer, Childlink is offering summer classes for various subjects in all levels starting on April 18. Enrollment for the academic year 2016-2017 is also now open.
