Two USC grads top civil engineering exam

Two graduates of the University of San Carlos (USC) topped the May 2016 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination.
Niño Louis Steven Abellana Nemenzo placed fifth with a 91.35 average rating. His fellow Carolinian, Rhea Leane Bukiron Patalinjug, ranked seventh with a 90.90 average.
The results were released by Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Thursday evening after three working days. There were 2,245 out of 5,882 students who passed the examination.
